Meet Your Host
We are the Tessereau and Pirtle families—Scott, Erica, Cole, Lauren, Will, and Reese, along with Doug (“Pappy”) and Darlene (“Nana”). We have been visiting Florida’s Forgotten Coast for over 30 years, building a deep love for its natural beauty and laid-back charm. In 2021, that love became a dream realized when we purchased our own vacation home.
We are so excited to share this little piece of paradise with you and hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Every visit over the years left us saying, “Why don’t we just move here?”—and in 2024, we finally did just that. We packed up our entire family, including grandparents and in-laws, and made Port St. Joe our home.
Now, we’re grateful to welcome others to experience the same special place that captured our hearts.
